Join Polka Dot Events Management and The Development Partner Network for their second East Midlands Virtual Showcase Networking event on Friday 11th December

So what is a Virtual Business Showcase Event? It is a simple concept, low cost and low maintenance with a cross between networking and exhibiting! It is very casual, with no pressure of selling yourself or your business; just purely a chance to connect with like-minded businesses and find out about others within the region.

Showcasers you will have your own virtual room with your logo showing to other Showcasers and delegates to the event. Your logo will be on marketing material before and after the event, and if you consent (so that we are in line with GDPR guidelines) we will be issuing a Showcaser’s list with your full contact details on to everyone who attends so that people can connect with you after the event. We do recommend two people from each business so one person can be in your Showcase room, and one person can go out and about and meet different businesses. However if you are on your own, no worries, we can put a ‘Back in 5’ on your Showcase room if you decide to take a wander and find people to talk to!

During the event we will also be introducing an hour of Speed Networking for you all to get involved in. Here you will have three minute 121’s on rotation where you can introduce yourself, and then you will get moved on and never see that same person twice. After this you can go back into the Showcase and find those people you connected with during Speed Networking to continue the conversation.
