Virtual Co-Working for Mums in Business
Stay focused, get stuff done, and feel part of a supportive community — from the comfort of home!
Running a business while juggling family life can feel like a constant balancing act. Some days, it’s hard to find the time, the focus, or even the motivation to make real progress. That’s where Virtual Co-Working comes in.
Join a small, supportive group of like-minded mums for 1 hour of focused work, once a week. Together, we’ll set goals, work alongside each other, and keep each other accountable — just like being in a shared office, but from wherever suits you best.
Mirroring in Action:When we work alongside others, even virtually, we naturally mirror their focus, energy, and momentum. This means that by showing up with a goal and dedication, you’ll find your peers’ energy inspiring and motivating — and vice versa. It’s a subtle but powerful way to boost productivity and feel supported.
What you’ll get:
- Dedicated, distraction-free co-working time
- Gentle accountability and goal setting
- A community of mums in business who inspire and motivate each other through mirroring
- Book for the term-based to keep you consistent and on track
- Dedidcated WhatsApp group, for gentle accountabilty
How it works:
- Sessions run weekly via Zoom
- Each session is 1 hour
- Sign up for the term, make a commitment that really counts
- Find a working space that works for you, we'll provide the co-workers, for the accountability!
- Pick a task, put a tick on the list and get productive!

How did Freelance Mum start?
Freelance Mum is child-friendly networking, for mums (and dads) in business. It was founded in 2014, after Faye Dicker discovered the challenge of juggling voiceover work around children. If child-friendly networking events didn’t exist for women in business, then she would just have to create them!
In the last 10 years Faye has been awarded Freelance Ambassador of the Year award with IPSE and Top 100 Most Inspirational Women in the West, for her work supporting the Freelance Mum community.
We have amazing network of support, who all have each others back, every step of the way.
