Virtual Coffee: Mole Valley Shop Local Campaign Launch

In light of the recent announcement we have decided to postpone the date of the Wednesday 4th November presentation to Monday 9th November, to allow traders time to focus on the last minute adjustments to their trading which they need to make.

We are very much keeping the campaign launch live and will be offering as much support as we can to traders throughout the months ahead. We will be including a system within the scheme to allow people to 'shop local' from the comfort of their own homes! This will all be covered in the presentation on Monday 9th.

You are still able to sign up for the scheme ahead of next Monday and we can arrange the promotional material to be sent to you via post. Simply email marketing@molevalleychamber.co.uk if you have any questions.

Finally, please encourage other businesses who are trading throughout Mole Valley to join us for the presentation and to get involved with the scheme. We appreciate your assistance in spreading the word.

9 November Event: Led by Kerry-Anne Kitson, our Marketing Director.

Launched gently via Facebook and Social Media, this scheme, covering the whole of Mole Valley, will see businesses who are members of the scheme displaying a sticker with a QR code encouraging us all to ‘shop local’.

Members of the public who ‘shop local’ will be able to scan the QR code at all participating businesses they visit, on every occasion that they buy, without limit, and will be entered into a monthly draw.

Mole Valley Chamber will be sponsoring the first month’s draw prize, and will be looking for businesses who wish to be involved with the draw to put sponsorship offers to the Chamber.

A Zoom link will be provided to Attendees at the end of the Booking Confirmation Email received from Eventbrite following Registration. Please keep your Booking Confirmation so that you have your logon details in order to join us on the day.
