Who is this programme intended for?

All are welcome, though this programme is aimed at leaders.

Question 2

Do I need to have a camera and microphone to participate?

Accepted Answer

Our programme is experiential and involves active participation and dialogue. If you feel uncomfortable having your camera on, or do not have video capabilities, that is fine - you will need a microphone/audio features or be able to type to ensure a fulsome learning experience.

Question 3

Will there by live captioning?

Accepted Answer

We deliver our programmes via Zoom and enable live AI captioning in English as standard so that it is available to all participants immediately. Our facilitation team will gladly help should the captions misreport what is said.

Question 4

Why is this programme spread over four half-day modules?

Accepted Answer

As this is a virtual programme, what would be consecutive full-day modules in-person isn't possible from a participation and engagement perspective via Zoom.

I cannot afford to attend. Can you help?

Using the 'Pay What You Can' model, we hope to make the DFI financially accessible to all who are committed to furthering DEI in their communities and workplaces. Where possible, we ask that you select a tier that is proportionate to your DEI budget. For queries, contact events@fearlessfutures.org.

Will I receive a certificate after the Design for Inclusion programme?

We do not provide certificates after our trainings. We can however provide confirmation of attendance if required. Please email events@fearlessfutures.org within seven calendar days of your programme if you require this.

What language will this programme be conducted in?

This programme will be conducted in English. We cannot offer interpretation of other languages at this time.
