Virtual Pilates Session with Margherita every Wednesday at 8am.

About this Event

Not Pie and Lattes…

Think yoga but more sweaty. Pilates aims to strengthen the body with particular emphasis on core strength, helping to improve general fitness and wellbeing.

A session consisting of a flowing and dynamic Pilates routine with emphasis on transitions. Movements are precise and controlled but more dynamic, designed to slim figures, improve posture, balance, and build toned muscles. Dynamic Pilates is appropriate for beginners and improvers with option offered for different fitness and skill level. Be prepared to make a classic workout more intense and effective and to find muscle you never knew existed!

Whether you’re a beginner or a long-time yogi, these classes are designed to be suitable for all levels. It’s live streamed so you’ll be able to interact with the instructor to ask any questions you need.

The live link will be sent to all bookers by email and text message shortly before the event begins. Don’t worry it’s a one way feed, your movements won't be judged.
