About this event
Level 1 Awareness of First Aid for Mental Health Course.
This basic awareness course is designed to create awareness of mental health, providing learners with the knowledge to recognise a range of mental health conditions, how to start supportive conversations, when and how to signpost a person to seek appropriate professional help. Participants will learn how to recognise and manage stress.
Tutor delivered remotely online via Microsoft Teams, successful completion of a 1-1 assessment must be completed within 2 weeks of commencement date in order to gain this qualification. Webinar link will be issued on before 8 July 2022. Short break intervals included.
