Event description

Description

Have you been living with MS for over 5 years?

Do you live in the Ayrshire or Arran?

Would you like to connect virtually with others who are living with MS?

We're delivering virtual Living Well with MS to people living in rural and remote areas of Scotland and this session is specifically for those who have been living with MS for over 5 years based in either Ayrshire or Arran.

The sessions are a chance to chat, reflect on and share experiences. We'll also look at different ways to support you to live well with MS.

The sessions will take place on 6th,13th,20th & 27th of August From 6.30pm-8pm.

What does the virtual session include?

These virtual meetings will bring you together with a small group of people who are living with MS to have a chat around specific topics. We ask that you attend all 4 modules, where possible. This will give you the opportunity to meet other people who may share similar experiences to you from across rural and remote areas of Scotland.

Following the sessions you’ll have the opportunity to stay in touch with others online.

We’re delighted to have received funding from the RS MacDonald Charitable Trust to support this work.

What will I need to take part?

All you need to join in is a laptop/tablet/phone/computer with access to a microphone and camera - this will allow you to be seen and heard during the online sessions. You will need a stable internet connection to use the video meeting software that we use.
