Virtual Santa's Grotto - BSL and Autism Friendly

Dial West Cheshire and Chester Pride have teamed up with Santa Claus to bring you the opportunity to have a video call with the man himself*.

The sessions on Friday 18th December are BSL and autism friendly, and will be at least 5 minutes long, with the ability to be extended a little bit longer to ensure your child can fully enjoy their chat with Santa.

If a BSL ticket is purchased a BSL interpreter will be present on the call to help your child chat with Santa.

Autism friendly tickets will let Santa know that we might need to run the sessions a little differently, and we will accommodate any extra needs your child may have - just let us know how best to do this in your booking form after purchasing your ticket.

These calls will be at least 5 minutes long, but Santa will have the ability to extend the call a few minutes longer if needed to ensure your child can fully enjoy their chat with Santa.

All tickets include:

-A video call with Santa, one child per chat, at least 5 minutes long

- Personalised chat about your child and what they enjoy

- A letter to your child, from Santa, sent to your home

Plus upgrade your ticket to receive a special present from Santa, delivered in time to open on Christmas Day

If you have multiple children you wish to buy for you will need to purchase each separate ticket, as you cannot create a 'basket' of tickets. Please these multiple tickets across back to back sessions. For example book a 13:30 ticket for child 1, and the 13:50 ticket for child 2. We will be in touch to see how you would prefer these video calls, either as individual calls, or one combined longer call with all children at the same time.
