Virtual School Visit with Liz Pichon

Schools are invited to join us (free of charge) online for an extra special virtual event with, Liz Pichon the global bestselling creator of the Tom Gates series, as she joins us to present her hilarious new graphic novel series, Meet the Mubbles and the latest book, The Mubbles: When Berry Met Terry.

Recommended age: school years 1 to 4

As part of this 45-minute interactive schools’ event Liz will introduce children to the colourful characters from the series and invite children to take part in a live draw-a-long, so please have paper and pencils at the ready! Schools will also have the chance to put questions to Liz for this special event.

Waterstones Virtual Author Visits are the perfect opportunity to encourage reading for pleasure, introducing children to new books as well as fabulous author & illustrators, and to help inspire a love of reading even in the most reluctant readers. Taking part will support children’s literacy, creative writing and encourage a love of reading for pleasure.

Taking place on Zoom, this 45-minture webinar session will include a live presentation from the author, giving children the chance to hear about the authors book, characters and writing processes. There will also be a chance for children to have their questions answered live during the event!
