Using our science-led approach, Pip will outline tips to increase the chances of making good recruitment decisions in a virtual world.

About this event

Nearly two years into the pandemic, most of us will have some experience of virtual assessment. Although most people still say they prefer face-to-face interviewing, there are many benefits to virtual assessment and the evidence suggests that it can be just as good at predicting job performance.

In this session, Pip will look at the available evidence on how to maximise the effectiveness of virtual selection approaches. This will include looking at how to make assessment centres work virtually as well as using psychometric testing.

We are delighted to be joined for this session by Mera Mann of HR Resourcing who will share her top tips for getting the right fit for your organisation.

The final part of the session will be a Q&A with Pip and Mera so come prepared with all your recruitment and selection questions!
