Virtual Wellbeing Session

You are invited to join our online event where we will be discussing how to stay healthy and regulate sleep when managing stress, busy schedules and shift working.

The focus of the session will be on sleep hygiene and how routine, diet, and stimulant intake effects both our physical and mental state, and how you can improve your day-to day energy.

This dynamic session aimed at MCHFT staff is full of tips to empower you to make better choices! Small changes can have a big impact on your wellbeing. We will also introduce the MCHT Social Prescribing team who can support you with a wide range of life stressors and make a personal care plan for you.
