Event description

Registrations still open to attend event.

On the 13th November 2019 the student representatives of the SEG Europe Regional Advisory Committee will host a new virtual conference, for students, aimed at helping early-career geoscientists network with each other and share their work in a short-format setting. It is open to all final year undergraduate, Masters and PhD students across Europe. It is ideal for students who have not been able to present at a major conference yet but would like to share their work. Equally it is a great oppotunity for more experienced students to present within their peer network. Even if you don't have anything to present, we welcome you to register to see the work of your peers.

The talks will be 10 minutes with an additional 2-3 minutes for questions.

The event is completely free as it is hosted online via Zoom. For more details see the "Registration" section.

Submissions are welcome from all aspects of Earth Science, anything that falls under the remit of the SEG. However, prefernece will be given to Geophysics and Geology submissions. See the "Abstract Submission" sections for details on how to submit an abstract.

Registration is via the Zoom link below. This is so that you can receive the link to access the event on the 13th November 2019. If you register with Eventbrite as well, we can keep you up to date with the event. The program will be released on here closer to the event, as well as any updates to the event.
