This 90-minute virtual retreat is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, move gently, and fully rest. We’ll journey through:
✨ Grounding breathwork
✨ A soothing, accessible yoga practice
✨ Meditation & yoga nidra for deep relaxation
Zoom Doors open at 8:55am so you can arrive, settle in, and ease into the space before we begin.
🌸 What to prepare
You don’t need much — just a little intention:
- Comfortable layers
- A blanket or two
- A warm drink
- A candle or soft lighting if you like
- Devices on Do Not Disturb or airplane mode to truly switch off
Family members are welcome to join you, so feel free to share your space if that feels supportive.
