Step away from the rush of everyday life and gift yourself a calm, nourishing morning — all from the comfort of your own home.

This 90-minute virtual retreat is designed to help you slow down, breathe deeply, move gently, and fully rest. We’ll journey through:
✨ Grounding breathwork
✨ A soothing, accessible yoga practice
✨ Meditation & yoga nidra for deep relaxation

Zoom Doors open at 8:55am so you can arrive, settle in, and ease into the space before we begin.

🌸 What to prepare
You don’t need much — just a little intention:

  • Comfortable layers
  • A blanket or two
  • A warm drink
  • A candle or soft lighting if you like
  • Devices on Do Not Disturb or airplane mode to truly switch off

Family members are welcome to join you, so feel free to share your space if that feels supportive.
