Live virtual Zumba session with Sofia from the comfort of your own home. Move your body, experience dance rhythms from around the globe, and forget about the world for an hour! This is the most fun exercise you will ever try! :)

You will need:

• A good wifi connection.
• Clear space to workout safely.
• Comfortable gym gear. Please wear appropriate footwear - even if you are at home! Taking part in the class in socks or barefoot will not protect your feet from the high-impact moves during the session.
• Water.

This is a live-streamed class, using ZOOM, to give us the chance to dance together from my home to yours!
