Vision Board and Self-Care Workshop

Join us for a transformative Vision Board and Self-Care Workshop with Michelle Guthrie, Counsellor/Wellbeing Leader and Claudette Chin-Jones, Art Psychotherapist. This workshop will enable you to unleash your creativity and capture your inspirations on a Vision Board. The workshop is also designed to empower individuals to visualise their goals, aspirations and dreams in a creative and engaging way.

The workshop will take place on Saturday, 15th November 2025, starting promptly at 14.00 hrs and finishing at 17.00 hrs.
