Vision Board Workshop: Imagining Your Life in 2026
Overview
What if you gave yourself permission to pause?
To breathe.
To reflect.
To dream with intention.
In this creative and inspiring workshop, you’ll be guided through meditation, journalling and storytelling prompts to reconnect with what truly matters to you.
Science shows that focused attention, visualisation and a positive mindset can influence outcomes by changing our brain, perceptions and behaviours. This focus makes you more perceptive, motivated and likely to take the necessary actions to achieve your desired outcome.
Imagine what 2026 could look like, if there were no limits.
