Why are we doing it digitally and not using paper?

This is a short workshop, and doing it digitally allows us to make the most of the time available. Digital tools like Canva also make it quicker and easier to create a polished vision board that can be saved, shared, and updated as needed.

If we're using Canva to do this, do I need to pay for a subscription?

No, Canva has a free version that works perfectly for creating vision boards. We’ll guide you through how to use it during the workshop, so no prior experience or subscription is required.

Why should I attend when I can do a vision board on Canva myself?

Attending this workshop gives you access to the support of an experienced neurodiversity coach who will guide you step-by-step through the process. You’ll also have the opportunity to connect with like-minded peers, share ideas, and enjoy a collaborative and supportive environment.

You can create your vision board from your phone if necessary, but we recommend using a laptop or tablet for a better experience. You don’t need a printer—at the end of the session, you’ll share your digital board with us, and we’ll take care of printing and delivering it to you (included in the tic

Do I need to prepare anything before the workshop?

No preparation is necessary, but you’re welcome to gather ideas or images ahead of time if you’d like. You’ll also receive an email a week before the workshop with tips and a checklist of optional items to bring.

I’m not very artistic. Can I still join?

Absolutely! This workshop isn’t about being artistic; it’s about expressing your goals in a way that’s meaningful to you. We’ll provide plenty of guidance and examples to make the process easy and enjoyable.

What happens if I can’t finish my vision board during the workshop?

Accepted Answer

No problem! If you want to, you can share your progress with the group for encouragement and feedback. At the end of the workshop you’ll have access to your digital board, so you can continue working on it at your own pace. However, we know when we have deadlines, we get things done – so be prepared

Is this workshop only for neurodivergent adults?

While the workshop is designed with neurodivergent adults in mind, anyone over the age of 18 is welcome to join. Our approach is inclusive and supportive, and we aim to create a welcoming space for all participants.
