If my child is not seen for whatever reason, will I get a refund?

Yes you will receive a full refund. Occasionally a child will not be screened (the two most common reasons being absence or already wearing glasses) and refunds will be given.

I have more than one child, do I apply individually?

Yes please! To avoid errors please make a separate application and payment for each child.

My child wears glasses already- can they sign up?

No, I'm so sorry- this screening test is not suitable for your child. I am happy to see them at The Matilda International Hospital for comprehensive eye examination.

Question 4

Will I receive a receipt?

Accepted Answer

Yes, hard copy reports and receipts will be passed to the school for distribution after the screening.
