Visionary Leaders: Anders Lindstrom

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN CANCELLD: Born in Sweden Anders (Andy) spent his school years in England, Portugal as well as Sweden. Having lived and either worked or studied in 8 different countries on 4 different continents he returned to the UK to do his MBA at the University of Leicester. Following Military Service he holds the rank of 2nd Lieutenant of the Swedish Army.

After a spell in London for a Communications and Logistics company Anders moved to Nottingham to work for Experian, after 2,5 years he joined Siemens in 2010, working first in Marketing then Strategy and Portfolio Management, writing strategies and setting up a new business within Siemens serving the gas industry, for which he then headed up Sales and Business Development team.

In 2018 an opportunity came up to join the Executive Board of Sygnature Discovery, a Drug Discovery company in Nottingham, and Andy took on the role of Director of Marketing on the 15th of June with an aim to take the company from a relatively anonymous outfit to a well-known player famous for its quality and expertise in the Pharmaceutical Research industry.

Andy holds a BA in Marketing & Communications from the University of Gavle, Sweden, MA in Journalism from Universidad Europea, Madrid, Spain and an MBA from the University of Leicester, UK.
