Please arrive within the time slot you have chosen. You can stay as long as you would like up to 4pm when the museum closes.

Please book one ticket per person, with the exception of family tickets which assume 2 adults and up to 3 children (aged 4 - 16 years old). If there aren't enough tickets, please try another time slot or date.

If you are a Norton Priory member, please book one member ticket per member visiting and please be aware you will be asked to provide your membership card on arrival.

Car parking is free but please be considerate when using the car park. The museum shop, Brooke cafe and toilets are all open for museum visitors.

In line with government guidance it is now mandatory for all visitors to wear a mask to visit the museum, with the exception of those who meet the exemption guidelines.

Please only visit with members of your household or support bubble. Please do not plan to meet other people during your visit.
