Which terminal will I need to embark from?

Queen Anne will be docked at the Ocean Cruise Terminal, in Southampton.

Question 2

Is travel included as part of the day?

Accepted Answer

No, you should make your own travel arrangements to the terminal. Limited parking is available (see details below) so please share a car ride if you’re able to. There is a taxi rank outside the terminal, to receive  and take taxis.  The local train station is Southampton Central.

Question 3

Is there parking available at the terminal?

Accepted Answer

We have been able to arrange a limited amount of free parking spaces in the Short Stay Car Park at Ocean Terminal. You will need to register your car registration at the point of booking your tickets. If you need to amend these details, please email us at cunardmillionmakers@cunard.co.uk.

Where should I go upon arrival to the terminal?

Please head to the departures building. We will confirm all boarding details ahead of your visit, via email.

Question 5

What ID do I need to bring with me?

Accepted Answer

You will need to bring photo ID with you that you provided for your registration i.e. valid passport or driver’s license. You will not be able to board the ship without this.

Question 6

What’s the earliest/latest I can embark the ship?

Accepted Answer

To make the most of your visit we recommend you arrive between 9:15am and 9:45am ready for embarkation at 10am. If there is any delay to this, we will keep you updated on the day.

Question 7

Can I leave my belongings somewhere?

Accepted Answer

Please ensure that you only bring with you what you need for the day as there will not be anywhere to store bags, belongings or coats. You will need to carry with you, what you bring on board.

Question 8

Will I need to pass through security to get onboard?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you will need to pass through airport style security and have your bag X-rayed before embarking for your visit.

Question 9

What is the dress code?

Accepted Answer

We kindly ask you to dress smart casual, no ripped jeans please. We do recommend you wear comfortable shoes, as your tour involves a lot of walking. 
We are unable to store bags, coats or other belongings, so we advise that you do not bring anything more than you need.

Question 10

What food will be served during the day?

Accepted Answer

Hot drinks and pastries will be available upon embarkation. A three-course lunch set menu,  with a choice of starters, mains, desserts and a glass of wine will be served post guided tour.  If you have a special dietary requirement, we will make every effort to ensure your needs are met.

Question 11

I have a dietary requirement, how will it be catered for?

Accepted Answer

Please advise use of any dietary needs at the time of booking, we will do our best to accommodate.  Please note, due to the Britannia Restaurant running a reduced menu, not every dietary requirement that we would normally offer on a voyage, can be met.

Question 12

Is I can no longer attend, will I be able to get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Bookings are non-refundable in the event of ticket holders not being able to make the date.

Question 13

In the unlikely event of Cunard having to cancel this event, will I be able to receive a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if we are required to cancel this event, due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified by email and will receive a full refund. Cunard will not be responsible for any additional costs incurred by the visitor.
