About this Event
Visit the Museum to discover what led King John to seal the Magna Carta at nearby Runnymede, how Thomas Holloway made the fortune that established his namesake College and Sanatorium and which Le Mans winning cars were built on the Causeway to Staines.
LATEST EXHIBITION: In partnership with St John's Church, our temporary exhibition celebrates 200 years of the current parish church building.
Book your visit to the Museum as part of a Covid-safe experience
• We have 6 timed slots available every Tuesday and Thursday.
• We can accommodate 6 visitors in the Museum in each timed slot.
• As we are a small local history museum, we anticipate the length of your visit will be around 30 minutes, and tickets are set to this amount of time only.
• We are providing free hand sanitiser and have a set visitor route around the displays.
• Visitors will be required to wear a face covering as per Government guidelines.
• We do have toilets available to visitors within the Literary Institute building and ask that you sanitise your hands both before and after using the facilities.
