Tourism businesses across Scotland are invited to tune in and hear about 'what the new normal will look like for the tourism industry'.

About this Event

Tourism businesses across Scotland are invited to tune in and hear from our Senior Insight Manager, Chris Greenwood, in our third webinar looking at what the world of tourism will look like and our “new normal”.

We've been developing a weekly marketing intel report to show the tourism industry how consumer behaviour is changing and what’s happening across the world . Currently, we don’t have a clear view of what the world is going to look like but from observing other nations it is clear that it will be different to how things were.

Chris will explore how businesses will have to adapt, be flexible and understand national, regional and local legislations to be able to operate. He will also highlight the emerging demands from visitors, like ensuring and proving cleanliness and complying with physical distancing rules which will be part of the new normal, along with how we use technology.

We've teamed up once again with Bill McFarlan, Executive Chairman at Pink Elephant Communications, to help us host and deliver this hour long session, with the chance for you to ask questions.

This webinar is part of a series of webinars we're planning over the course of the next few weeks to provide you with insight from our senior team into some of the issues and challenges we’re navigating during COVID-19.

This webinar will be recorded and shared shortly after the webinar has finished.

We look forward to seeing you online.
