Visual business planning Workshop Series

How to use your own creative process to craft a plan that works for you

Producing a written, traditional business plan can be a struggle, yet we all need to plan to achieve our goals. Each workshop in this series uses practical, visual tools to take you through the planning process, in bite-sized chunks. You’ll share ideas with fellow creatives in the group and follow your own creative process to craft a plan that works for you.

This workshop series is for all creative, right-brained thinkers and even those who hate to plan! It is suitable for those just starting out as well as those looking to kickstart their existing business.

Thinking BIG

In workshop 1, you will explore how to design a business around your personal values and what makes you tick. Using your own create process as the inspiration, you’ll create a vision for your business to keep you inspired, motivated and on track for success.

Crafting Your Story

In workshop 2, you will use practical and creative tools such as storyboards and sketches to help you define what makes you unique, who your customers are and how best to reach them.

Making it Happen

In the final session, you’ll explore how to turn the big vision into action plans that stick, set realistic goals, and map out all the resources you’ll need to keep on track. You’ll finish the session with a practical, visual, business blueprint and simple budget with clear steps to success on your own terms.
