Do I have to attend all six sessions?

Accepted Answer

We recommend that you attend all six sessions to get the most from the course. However, if you cannot make a sessions, Sam will let you know what you would have been covering in the session so you can practice at home in your own time.

Question 2

Will this lead to any qualifications?

Accepted Answer

No, this is not an accredited course. This event is course designed to give you confidence to deepen your journaling practice and to try out new creative techniques with materials you may not have at home.

Question 3

Do I need any experience with journaling or art?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely not. Although, if you do, this is ok too! You will be guided and supported to explore different creative techniques whatever your experience. This is the benefit of being in a small group with and highly experienced facilitator.

Question 4

Can I park nearby?

Accepted Answer

Yes, there is free road parking along Pound Lane as well as Barton Farm car park located a few minutes away. You can park here all day and pay by miPermit or by coins (no change given)

Question 5

Will there be food and drinks?

Accepted Answer

No, there is no facility for making drinks inside The Make Space. However, it is right next door to Vix's Cafe and just a couple of minutes walk from The Little Barn serving delicious coffee and food. You're also very welcome to bring a drink with you.

Question 6

Is there a toilet there?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is a private toilet for those using the Tithe Barn workshop venues.
