Visualising the Year Ahead
Visualise the Year Ahead is a 90-minute guided workshop designed to help you get clear on what you really want from the months ahead — and how to move towards it with intention and motivation.
Using simple neuroscience-backed visualisation techniques, reflective exercises, and gentle journaling, you’ll explore:
- what you want your future to look and feel like
- how visualisation can strengthen motivation and self-discipline
- how to connect goals with the person you’re becoming, not just what you’re achieving
This is a calm, supportive space to pause, imagine, and reconnect with possibilities you may have put on hold. No prior experience needed. Bring pen and paper, curiosity and an open mind.
Perfect if you want to feel more focused, grounded, and energised about the year ahead.

This workshop is designed for personal development, reflection, and goal setting. It is not therapy, counselling, or a substitute for mental health or medical support.
Some of the exercises may invite self-reflection or emotional awareness. You are always free to take part at your own pace, skip any activity, or step outside if you need a break.
