We are all unique, complex, beautifully multifaceted human beings — but life’s pressures often disconnect us from who we really are.
In this session, you’ll explore your whole-person identity, uncover how your mind, body, and spirit communicate, and learn why everything is connected.
Expect grounding and thought-provoking practices, reflective exercises, and gentle insights that help you feel more “you” again.

All strategies and learning is evidence based and is grounded in occupational therapy and psychology, and facilitated by a state registered Occupational Therapist and Psychological Therapies Practitioner: However, these sessions are not to be classed as individual occupational therapy, or psychological therapy interventions.
