ABOUT VITAMIN D TESTING
Vitamin D, known as the “sunshine vitamin,” is vital for strong bones, healthy muscles, and a well-functioning immune system. While our bodies can make Vitamin D from sunlight, many people don’t get enough due to limited sun exposure, diet, or health conditions. Low levels can increase the risk of osteoporosis, fractures, infections, fatigue, and even chronic illnesses such as heart disease, diabetes, and depression.
That’s why it’s important to know your Vitamin D status. A simple blood test can show whether your levels are adequate, and if not, supplements or lifestyle changes can help. Taking care of your Vitamin D levels is a simple step that can make a big difference to your long-term health and wellbeing.
PRE-BOOK YOUR VITAMIND TEST
Normally charged at £50 per test, Dr. Indra is offering a discount for those who pre-book their testing at only £25 throughout the morning.
Add Vitamin D Testing to your Networking ticket to have your test done during the event. The blood test takes approximately 5 minutes, and results will be provided at the end of the event for you to take away.

ABOUT POWER PLATE DEMOS
We will have Steven Powell from Power plate there to speak and show us more about the power plates at the clinic.
Power Plate’s patented PrecisionWave™ Technology is engineered to activate the body’s natural reflexive response to precision vibration, engaging the muscles in a consistent and controlled manner that results in accelerated training benefits.
Power Plate’s effectiveness has been proven in dozens of medical and scientific studies as well as clinical rehabilitation and wellness facilities, sports performance centres, and are currently utilised by a vast majority of professional and collegiate sports teams in the US and many others around the world.
Rems Bone scan | Unlike traditional methods I.e DXA scanning, that required specific criteria for testing, REMS scans open the door for early detection, maintaining, preventive and treatment if required. Ensuring that individuals can take proactive steps towards maintaining their bone health long before issues become apparent.
Meet Steven at Screen My Bones and get a free demo throughout the morning.

Erica Marmai - Relationship Coach & Self Discovery Mentor
Erica Marmai is a Relationship Coach and Self-Discovery Mentor with over a decade of experience in complementary and holistic therapies. Through years of supporting people in their physical and emotional wellbeing, she came to recognise that at the root of all health lies the quality of our relationships—with ourselves, with others, and with life itself. This understanding has shaped her mission: to help people move from disconnection, conflict and burnout into vitality, collaboration, and deeper intimacy.
Her work is grounded in her own healing journey. Growing up in a chaotic family environment, Erica experienced first-hand how unresolved relational wounds can lead to suffering, anxiety, and unhealthy coping mechanisms oftne leading to illness. By transforming her pain into resilience, she learned that true wellbeing comes from facing our inner world with courage, breaking generational patterns, and building healthier ways of relating.
Today, she brings this depth of insight and compassion to her clients and communities. Alongside her 1:1 and couple coaching, she hosts relationship-themed events and community gatherings in Leeds and North Yorkshire, championing relational health as a cornerstone of wellbeing.
