About this Event
This course is suitable for beginner and experienced cooks who want to learn to prepare low-carb, wholesome and delicious food that can help prevent or manage type 2 diabetes. The course features a combination of demonstrations and cook along activities as well as nutritional advice, coaching and support. You will learn a portfolio of vital, seasonal and delicious dishes, snacks and baked goods.
