VOCAL's next Employer Network Event will explore the value of unpaid carers remaining in work, this time primarily from the carer's perspective.

Understandably, when exploring the value of unpaid carers being able to confidently manage work alongside caring responsibilities, discussions often focus on the benefits to the employer - but it is key for employers to also understand just how important it is for the carer to be supported to remain in work.

In this meeting we will explore the above, hear from Carer Positive, and look at other opportunities for network members, including our new open sessions and chances to provide and/or receive peer support.
