VODG HR directors' network - 18 October 2018

VODG HR directors' network events provide an opportunity for members to think, stimulate debate and share ideas with other specialists in the field. The events include a range of guest speakers, interactive workshops and discussion sessions to support members and member activities.

The network session will take place from 11.00 - 14.00 (refreshments from 10.30). A networking lunch will be served at 13.00 - 14.00. Please note that the learning and development network will meet in the afternoon.

Terms and Conditions

VODG offers one free place for each subscribing member at each of our professional networks. Places are subject to availability.

A charge to cover, in part or in whole, the cost of additional events and seminars may be chargeable.

Non-attendance or late cancellations are subject to a recovery fee being levied.

In making a booking the following applies.

1. Each VODG member is entitled to one free place at a VODG professional network. All places are however subject to availability.
2. Additional delegates are chargeable at £25 per person and are subject to availability.
3. Early registration is advisable. Please use an organisational email address for registrations (personal email account registrations are not allowed and will be automatically deleted). When an event is over-subscribed we reserve the right to offer a waiting list or to prioritise delegates based on the number of places each organisation has requested.
4. Registration is essential and will close five working days before the event takes place. Cancellations should be made in writing to events.networks@vodg.org.uk and cancelled via the Event Brite booking page.
5. Recovery charges apply for either failure to cancel (before five working days of the event) or failure to attend – resulting in an invoice of £25 being raised (per person) and to be settled within 30 days.
6. Replacement delegates are allowable and must be received five working days in advance of the event. No administrative charge is payable.
7. VODG reserves the right to alter the programme and change any speakers without prior notice.
8. VODG reserves the right to change the venue and will endeavour to provide as much notice as possible in this situation. Event notifications will be sent from events.networks@vodg.org.uk.
9. VODG may photograph, film or audio record proceedings. Delegates consent for their questions and comments from the event to be included in briefings and any form of media following the Chatham House rule.
10. Dietary and access requirements must be specified at least ten working days in advance of the event via email events.networks@vodg.org.uk.
