Voice Activation - Playful Sounds

Our voice is a frequency. A tone that shows who we are and how we want to be known.
This fun workshop will support you in speaking up, speaking out, finding your own tones, rhythms and sound.
This is a space whwre you can explore what's been silenced in your voice, what wants to be expressed , what is stuck and what is shy.
In playful yet calming ways we will be led through a range of vocal soundings, and deep belly responses.

We find our true YES and our sacred NO.

No singing required.

No previous experience

Just a curiosity and a little courage.

You will be held in a safe, supportive small group of fellow explorers. We will learn together and share as much or as little as you choose.
