Voice Activation Workshop

Our voices are powerful healing and transformational tools when we use them effectively. Voice Activation is an invitation to reconnect with your authentic voice - your highest vibration - through a playful combination of somatic practices, voice exercises, exploring different tones and the innate melodies within us.

Do you love to sing? Or do you wish you felt more confident using your voice? Perhaps you feel like you have a bit of block when it comes to expressing yourself authentically or speaking up? This workshop is for you.

The founder of Sound Body Soul and workshop facilitator, Jade Leighton, is a former classical singer turned sound practitioner with a passion for empowering others to activate their voices.

These workshops are not just a great opportunity to sing, release and create in community, but they are also a way to strengthen your confidence in expressing yourself, speaking your truth and feeling re-energised.

The event will take place at the Oxnam Room in St. Newlyn East. There is no parking at the venue, but various spots to park in the village.
