Weekly classes designed to help you develop a healthier, more confident, and mindful relationship with your voice.

About this event

The classes have the Alexander Technique as the base of its work. The aim is to help you understand and relate to your vocal instrument and respiratory system to have a better and more confident use of your voice.

What will you work on?

Relaxation, stretching (yoga and Pilates based movements), posture (Alexander technique), breathing, resonance, articulation and projection.

Who is it for?

Anyone who wishes to develop a better connection between voice, body and mind, professionals and individuals who have an extensive use of their voice on their daily activities.


Mondays from 5pm to 6pm (BST)







Verônica Sarno is a professional Actress graduated in Brazil at Escola Superior de Artes Célia Helena, in England at Drama Centre London and in Russia at Boris Shchukin Theatre Institute. She has worked extensively in film and theatre productions in Brazil and England.

She's been working as a teacher since 2013 offering mentoring for theatre makers, private and group classes for actors, vocal technique for people from different walks of life, workshops for theatre companies and voice lectures and classes on corporate environments, drama schools and arts institutions.
