About this event
- Event lasts 1 hour 30 minutes
Elisa is a super intuitive improv singer from South America who also loves playing with natural movement. She’s all about helping people reconnect with their bodies and express themselves freely and playfully.Voices in Motion was created to help you find your own unique rhythm — your voice, your sound — while staying connected to your body in a really natural way. It’s the kind of experience that helps you feel totally present and connected, like when we were little kids and everything felt fun and full of wonder. This practice is all about enjoying how you move and express yourself, without judgment or pressure. It blends voice, movement, mindfulness, and improvisation to help you feel more free, more grounded, and more alive. There’s a nice balance of science, technique, and creativity — but it’s all wrapped in play. It opens up new ways to connect with yourself and others in a very real, expressive way. After a Voices in Motion session, you might feel:Way more free and joyful in how you express yourselfLess stressed and more in tune with your bodyGrounded, relaxed, and presentCurious about your own rhythm and creativityReconnected with your body’s natural flowOpen to deeper connections with other peopleExcited to explore new ways of being creativeLike you found your inner playful kid againWhat to bring:
