Voices in Motion – Free Community Workshop
Elisa is a super intuitive improv singer from South America who also loves playing with natural movement. She’s all about helping people reconnect with their bodies and express themselves freely and playfully.
Voices in Motion was created to help you find your own unique rhythm — your voice, your sound — while staying connected to your body in a really natural way. It’s the kind of experience that helps you feel totally present and connected, like when we were little kids and everything felt fun and full of wonder.
This practice is all about enjoying how you move and express yourself, without judgment or pressure. It blends voice, movement, mindfulness, and improvisation to help you feel more free, more grounded, and more alive.
After a Voices in Motion session, you might feel:
- More free and joyful in how you express yourself
- Less stressed and more in tune with your body
- Grounded, relaxed, and present
- Curious about your own rhythm and creativity
- Reconnected with your body’s natural flow
- Excited to explore new ways of being creative
- Like you found your inner playful kid again
What to bring:
- A curious mind and open heart
- Comfy clothes you can move in
- Some water
- A notebook for any creative thoughts that might arise
Come hang out with us in a unique, welcoming circle where we create rhythms together, each one as unique as the people in the room.
