About this event

We are delighted to invite you to the launch of VOICES – a Lived Experience Recovery Organisation (LERO) led by and for people who have experienced multiple disadvantage.

Multiple disadvantage refers to the challenges people face when homelessness, mental ill health, substance use, trauma, and involvement with the criminal justice system intersect. VOICES aims to address these barriers by placing lived experience at the heart of solutions.

At this launch event, you will:

  • Get to meet the members of LERO
  • Learn about the vision, values, and future plans of VOICES
  • Connect with local organisations, services, and communities committed to change
  • Explore how lived experience co production can transform services and systems

This event is open to everyone: people with lived experience, frontline workers, partner organisations, community members, and decision-makers. Your presence and input will help shape VOICES as it grows.

Together, we can ensure that people with multiple disadvantage are heard, valued, and supported to lead fulfilling lives.
