Event description

Description

Voices Scotland is a free and flexible workshop that supports people, groups and communities to explore issues that are important to them. It provides communities with the knowledge, skills and confidence to have their voices heard in the shaping of local and national health and social care services.

The session will provide you with an interactive overview of what we can deliver in partnership, with the aim of building the confidence and skills of the attendees so we can work well together.

We’ll explore how personal experience can shape service improvement; the benefits of and barriers to getting involved; and gain an understanding of health and social care structures.

The session is aimed at anyone with an interest in community engagement such as community groups, Third Sector colleagues, members of the public or health and social care staff.

Voices Scotland was originally developed by Chest Heart & Stroke Scotland.
