a free workshop around creativity and ritual, involving burning / re birthing unfinished, unrealised and failed projects led by artist George Finlay Ramsay.

The workshop combines Pauline Oliveros' Sonic Meditations, Feldenkrais, which is a body-based somatic awareness practice and techniques from psychotherapy and creativity practices, plus some of the artist's own devising.

the workshop will culminate in a ceremony for the projects that didn't make it (yet)

bring mats, comfortable clothes & objects that relate to unrealised projects

George Finlay Ramsay has been running and developing Unfold Yr Own Myth workshops for 3 years. This iteration is part of the public programme of Volcanoes & Regret, an exhibition that centres around the act of burning human regrets in volcanoes. Supported using public funding by Arts Council England & Public Engagement Grant from University of Oxford.
