About this event

  • Paid venue parking

Help safeguard our 12,000+ native trees in Glen Nevis by taking on one of nature’s most relentless species—bracken! Join us for a hands-on, rewarding day of conservation where you’ll clear space for young saplings to thrive, all while enjoying great company and stunning Highland scenery. No experience needed!

We’ll meet at Lower Falls Car Park at 10am, tools and gloves will be provided. The work will take place on steep, uneven terrain, a 30-minute walk from the road, so sturdy footwear and a good level of fitness are needed. Expect muddy fun in all weathers—waterproofs highly recommended! Bring lunch, snacks, plenty to drink, and don’t forget the midge net!

Parking at the site is limited, so we will meet at Lower Falls Car Park and may need to car share to further up the Glen.

Under 18s should be accompanied by an adult.
