‘Managing Volunteers Without The Repetition’,

Including:
• Avoiding the repetition of repeatedly recruiting, but losing those volunteers and having to start again.
• How do individual parts of your work fit into a whole?
• How changing your focus can lead to more productive volunteering.
• What do we mean by a ‘Volunteer Programme’ and
how can improving it mean less repetitive work?

The forum is a great opportunity to meet other volunteer coordinators from Adur and Worthing, to develop your skills and share your experience in the management of volunteers. It is also a chance to meet others and bring learning back to your organisation.
