Overview

Supporting a charity farm means hands-on work in growing, maintenance, and animal care—building community and lasting impact.

Come and Volunteer at Uncle Paul’s Chilli Charity Farm where we use agro-ecological practices to support vulnerable young people and adults to build confidence and connect to the land!

We’re based on a 40 acre site, just outside of Bristol. We have 5 polytunnels, outdoor growing areas, woodland, ponds and animal grazing fields with llama’s, pigs, goats and horses.

Our main areas of focus are education, wellbeing and social prescribing and our volunteers are vital in maintaining and supporting the important work we do.

Every volunteering day is different from tending to vegetable beds, building rich compost and soil, and managing our native woodland.

We start each day at 10am with a brew and chat, then get to work - offering jobs that are suitable for different energy levels, skills and interests. We break the day up, enjoying our packed lunches together and finish at 2pm.

No previous experience necessary. There will be a varied of jobs offered to suit different physical needs and energy levels.

We would love you to be part of our vibrant and ever-growing community!
