After the training, you will...
- Understand the importance of managing your volunteers effectively in order to support and retain them
- Be able to support your volunteers on issues including expenses, benefits, motivation and certain legal aspects
- Be able to support individuals with setting up the necessary systems for effective volunteer management.

Bookings for each session will close 3 full days prior to the training. If minimum bookings have not been made the session will be rescheduled.
VIN cancellation policy. Cancellations must be made in writing. Cancellations with less than 7 days' notice, or non-attendance on the day, will incur the full cost of £30.00. VIN is happy to substitute a delegate within the organisation to allow for any emergencies, such as sickness.
