This new online workshop for up to 15 people explores best practice in volunteer management for nonprofit managers. The session will explore the best ways to recruit, train and retain volunteers in order to get the most out of them and ensure that your volunteers are equally benefiting from the time they give to your organisation. Participants will be encouraged to share their own experiences and their key questions about volunteering.
