This course is perfect for anyone who coordinates and/or supports volunteers in any capacity but especially for a beginner or refresher.

This course would usually be a half day face to-face training session so we have adapted it to be shorter but we will cover the essentials for any volunteer manager. The course will cover:

• Planning for a volunteer
• Recruitment
• Overcoming barriers
• Support and supervision
• Reward and recognition
• Equality & diversity
