There will also be an update on the NCVO 2021 Voluntary Sector Research findings nationally and an opportunity to review these trends here in Cumbria. We will also be looking at the Vision for Volunteering Toolkit so we can bring together Volunteer Managers in Cumbria to gain your feedback to help to create a long-term vision and shorter-term objectives, to support volunteering.

Utilising your Vision for Volunteering, there will also be an opportunity to feed in your ideas for the Cumbria Volunteer Manager Development Plan for future learning, information sharing and training so Cumbria CVS can look at how we can best support the Volunteer Manager Network in Cumbria.

This is a fantastic opportunity to review and reflect on your volunteering statistical data and share feedback, feed into the Vision for Volunteering, along with sharing ideas and good practice in volunteer management between different Volunteer Managers in Cumbria.
