Volunteer Networking Day

The South East Coast and London region invites youtoattend the Volunteers'NetworkingEventonSaturday 18 October 2025 from 11am until 3pm at Wells Lawrence House, 126 Back Church Lane. Whitechapel, London. E1 1FH.

The networking day is a great opportunitytomeet other volunteers, share experiences, hear organisational updates as well as hearing about the latest research as well as participate in some workshops.Our speakers for the day include our Regional Head, Niks Kent, and Dr Alejandra Tomas who will speak to us how a genetic change in a protein impacts insulin production by beta cells, as well as hear from some of our regional volunteers.

The day will start at 11am and conclude at 3pm. A light lunch will be provided.

This is a free event for volunteers but there is a cost involved to the charity so please be sure that you will attend before signing up.
