About this event
Looking to engage more volunteers in community food growing?
Join Amber Aleroff for this Lunchtime Learning on ways to engage, look after and support the development of volunteers. Amber is the London based Learning & Development Manager for Social Farms and Gardens, and with a vast number of city farms and community gardens in her network, she will share real-world examples of good volunteer management from across a diverse set of community-led spaces.
In this 1 hour lunchtime webinar you'll get top tips on how to manage a positive volunteering experience that works for community, garden and volunteer alike. There will be time for a Q&A after the talk, so bring your lunch and also any questions for our experts.
