Description

Join the popular London-based chamber choir Voxcetera for an evening of beautiful and uplifting choral music at the atmospheric St. Mary’s Church, Fawley.

The wide-ranging programme will include contemplative sacred music from the last 400 years, as well as traditional British and French folk songs and even fun and inventive arrangements of pop and musical theatre.

You’ll hear music by Mozart, Brahms, Bruckner and Beethoven; great English composers such as Tallis, Purcell, Britten, Tavener and John Rutter; and Stephen Sondheim.

Your ticket includes canapés and a glass of wine.

Voxcetera is a north London-based choir under the director of founding conductor Jane Hopkins. The choir performs regularly in north and central London and further afield. Recent activity includes Brahms' Requiem at St Michael's Highgate, concerts at St Martin-in-the-fields, East Finchley Arts Festival, international tours, appearances at the British Library and the Science Museum, and recording work for Unicef's Generations campaign and Silva Screen.
