In occasion of the VPH2018 Conference, the VPH Institute has invited the Spanish National Contact point of the European Commission, Dr Juan Riese, to present the funding opportunities for in silico medicine research in the next Framework Programme.

The event, open to the VPHi membership, will be an occasion to discuss and ask clarifications on the future calls, but it will also offer an opportunity to network and create synergies to facilitate the consortium creations process.

  • 17:40 – 17:50: Lies Geris – VPHi Executive Director: “Introduction on the scope of the session

  • 17:50 – 18:00: Martina Contin – VPHi Manager ”VPHi as a project partner: community engagement and outreach

  • 17:50– 18:25: Juan Riese – Spanish NCP: “Presentation of the VPH related calls in H2020

  • 18:25 – 19:00: “Q&A session on H2020 calls

  • 19:00 – 20:00: "Networking session –Drinks and small buffet"

The VPH Institute is a non-profit organization whose mission is to ensure that the Virtual Physiological Human (VPH) is fully realised, universally adopted, and effectively used both in research and clinic.

This session is open to the VPHi membership only: all the VPHi personal and student members, but also to all the delegates affiliated to either a supporting or an ordinary member of the VPH Institute will have the possibility to attend.
